Requirements: All Workshops and Seminars will be conducted at organization site. A minimum of 5 participants are needed to hold a workshop 10 maximum. Workshop investment fee: $3500.00 , $800.00 for mini seminar. Submit this registration form and you will be contacted within 48 hours to gather further information, that an in depth scheduale of your workshop/seminar may be developed and sent to you via e-mail for your approval. Once schedule has been approved client must reserve the date of the event with a $200.00 non-refundable registration fee. Should client need to cancel and would like to reschedule a date; within the calendar year the non-refundable fee will be applied toward rescheduled date. The remaining balances of $3300.00 and $600.00 along with any material fees; will be due thirty calendar days prior your scheduled workshop/seminar date. You may use our convenient on line payment system to make your registration fee, remaining balance or materials fee.
